Nani Kai Hale is a six-story building with 46 vacation rentals and the property has a lovely landscaped lawn with outdoor seating all the way to the waters edge, umbrellas, an 8-foot deep swimming pool with ocean views, and shared barbecue grills to enjoy time with family and friends. Sugar Beach is 6 miles of sand that stretches all the way to Maalaea Village enabling beach lovers to swim, play, walk or jog the entire way with virtually no development along the way. The location gives visitors a great central location to explore Kihei, Wailea or in the other direction the resorts of West Maui.
