Located above Kihei on South Maui, Sugar Beach resort has one of the best Maui beaches for walking, sunning, swimming and watching colorful Maui sunsets on Maalaea Bay. Our Maui condos at Sugar Beach have one or two bedrooms. Select your choice of view with oceanfront, ocean and garden vistas available.

Enjoy a morning and evening stroll along five miles of golden sand or warm up your golf game on the putting green. Amenities here include a large oceanfront pool and spa, onsite restaurant and lounge, shared gas grills and much more.

Sugar Beach Resort conveniently features an on-site activities desk, Maui Sights and Treasures where you can plan Maui snorkeling trips, excursions to the neighboring islands and helicopter tours. The on-site gift shop, Lani's has many souvenirs and Hawaiian apparel plus there is the convenience of a general store sandwich shop on property.
