Kanai A Nalu #115 is a beautiful oceanview condo that is sure to make your stay in Maui a memorable one. As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by tile flooring throughout the entire space, island-style furniture, and a stunning kitchen equipped with a full-size front-load washer and dryer.
The condo has two bedrooms, giving you ample space to accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There are also two twin air mattresses available for additional sleeping space.
The living room is equipped with complimentary cable TV, high-speed internet, and free WIFI, ensuring that you remain connected with the outside world if you so desire. The living room also has air conditioning for your comfort, and you can easily step outside onto the lanai to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight, with all the necessary appliances and utensils to allow you to prepare an amazing gourmet meal that you can finish off on the beachfront grills. Once the meal is ready, you can take it out to the lanai to enjoy while taking in the breathtaking views that surround you.
Kanai A Nalu #115 is situated on the ground floor, which offers the added convenience of stepping straight onto the lawn and wandering over to the heated pool or the white sandy beach. Take a dip in the pool or head down to the beach to sunbathe, swim, and snorkel. You might even come across Hawaiian Sea Turtles snoozing on the sand!
There are also two fantastic places to explore nearby. Sugar Beach is an undeveloped stretch of 2.5 miles of serene white sandy shoreline with uninterrupted views. A 10-minute walk heading west will take you to the boat harbor, where you can take part in a variety of excursions such as whale watching, snorkeling adventures, sunset sails, and more. Adjacent to the marina is a complex with various shops and restaurants, the Maui Aquarium, and more.
With one vehicle per unit, free parking, and easy access to major roads, you can conveniently explore all that Maui has to offer. Take a short drive to experience world-class golfing or delightful hole-in-the-wall eateries. Shop for souvenirs or indulge in high-end shopping experiences. Visit parks or take drives showcasing natural wonders that are many and breathtaking. Maui no ka oi!

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
