Speaking of views, you won’t be disappointed by the easy access to stunning views and dazzling Maui sunsets that stretch out just steps away from your lanai. It’s also only a mere 30 feet from the beach, which affords you the chance to watch the captivating sea turtles up close as they swim in the surf or lounge on the sand.
What’s even more remarkable is that you’ll have all the comforts of home within reach, with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs with complimentary access to cable TV and high-speed internet. There’s a refreshing air-conditioning system installed in the living room to keep you feeling cool and comfortable throughout your stay. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and has direct access to the lanai, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The condo has two bathrooms to cater to your comfort and privacy, making it suitable for up to four guests.
If you’re traveling with a larger group, the unit is capable of accommodating an additional two guests using inflatable beds conveniently stored in the guest bedroom closet. The resort offers exciting amenities that include a picturesque heated pool, a perfectly maintained BBQ station, a wide array of lounge chairs on which to relax, and plenty of tropical landscaping that provides a serene backdrop for your Maui escape. The resort offers free open parking per unit for a worry-free stay.
There’s no shortage of things to do at the Ma’alaea resort. With lovely white sand and gentle surf, you can spend countless hours of relaxation on the beach. You can also head to the harbor area, which is only a ten-minute walk from the condo, where you can sign up for various snorkeling adventures, sunset sails, or whale watch cruises during the winter months. You’ll find a selection of shops and restaurants in the harbor area, as well as the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, which is well worth a visit.
Finally, the central location of the resort provides a convenient point from which to venture forth to explore other parts of the island. You’ll be able to get to most of the island’s attractions quickly, with commute times of only 15 to 45 minutes. With so much to see and do, you might find it challenging to choose!

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
