Lovely Lauloa #207 is a stunning oceanfront condo located in a secluded and laid-back resort. With TVs with complementary cable, high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi, and a beautiful full kitchen, guests will feel right at home while enjoying all the luxuries this condo has to offer.
This unit can accommodate four people, with its two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bath and panoramic ocean views, as does the living area and double lanai. The views from the lanai are awe-inspiring, showing off Maui’s natural beauty in all its glory.
Lauloa is ideally situated in Maui’s centrally located Ma’alaea, making it easy to get to all of the island’s major attractions. It is just a short drive away from some of the world’s best beaches, top-rated restaurants, and fantastic shopping. However, if you prefer to stay put, you can prepare a meal in the condo’s gourmet kitchen or use the BBQ area to cook some fresh local fish and produce. Either way, you can dine on your lanai while admiring the sight of Hawaiian Sea Turtles bobbing in the surf and the comings & goings of harbor boats.
There are also plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy, including a pool and lounge chairs. If you feel like exploring, Sugar Beach can be accessed from Haycraft Beach Park at the end of the street. This is part of the Kealia Nature Preserve, which is protected land that is safe from development, which means that there are no obstructions, no crowds, and just 2.5 miles of white sand beach and uninterrupted views.
If you walk west for around 10 minutes, you’ll find yourself at Ma’alaea Harbor, where you can book a variety of boating excursions. There is also a wide range of shops and restaurants in the area, and you can visit the Maui Aquarium, which is a world-class attraction.
Overall, Lovely Lauloa #207 provides an excellent and affordable home base for all your island activities. With so many sights to see, adventures to be had, and world-class venues to visit, it can be hard to decide what to do first. But with such a stunning condo to come back to at the end of each day, you can rest assured that your vacation will be both relaxing and memorable. For added convenience, the resort offers open free parking for one vehicle per unit.

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.

Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.

Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
