The full kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite meals, and the private lanai offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, ideal for enjoying fine wining and dining.
This unit is furnished with ceiling fans and AC in the living room, complimentary internet, cable TV, and assigned free parking for one vehicle per unit. The resort boasts two acres of lush tropical landscaping, including an oceanfront pool, BBQ, picnic/play areas, and plenty of lawn chairs, making it an ideal spot to relax and spend quality time with loved ones. It offers an opportunity to meet and “talk story” with other guests. The spectacular beach in front of Ma’alaea Kai is home to green sea turtles basking on the beach or bobbing in the surf. During winter (November- April), one can see the activity of humpback whales off the shore as they return each year to birth their calves.
There are two interesting and scenic locations within walking distance of the resort: the harbor to the west and Sugar Beach to the east. The harbor offers a wide array of shops and restaurants, along with the Pacific Whale Foundation, the Maui Aquarium, and more. On the other hand, Sugar Beach provides two and a half miles of scenic shoreline, without crowds and buildings, offering a relaxing environment. Guests can stroll at the beach, watch green sea turtles, and gaze at endless lovely views.
One of the best things about this location is its central location, making it an ideal launching point for various activities. Within a 15 to 40-minute drive, guests can find themselves playing golf on world-class courses, dining in upscale restaurants, hiking the East Lahaina Pali Trailhead, visiting some of the world’s best beaches, or indulging in other activities the area has to offer.

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.

Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
