This lovely, ocean front condo is perched on the top floor of a secluded resort on a quiet, tree-lined street named Hau’oli, which means “Happy Street” in Hawaiian. It is idyllic here. The ocean views from the living area and front bedroom are absolutely stunning, they sweep down the coastline to Kihei and beyond to the Makena cinder cone, and out across the Pacific Ocean with Haleakala as the backdrop. Sunrises over the volcano, sunsets into the sea, moonlight shimmering on the bay and stars studding the night sky, sigh. Over the winter, Humpback Whales return to give birth to their mighty big babies, you will have premier seating to watch them out in the bay. From the beautifully remodeled kitchen you can look across the kitchen island to those views or gaze out the kitchen window for a pastoral view of the mountainside as you load the dishwasher. You will want to cook in here, it is an inviting space to create Maui feasts. The dining table inside seats four, the lanai table is for two. | The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are serene with lovely floors, finishes and furnishings. The beds are both queens. This condo welcomes up to four guests. The condo has central AC, a large flat-screen TV with complementary cable, high-speed internet and free WIFI. | Outside the grounds have exquisite lawns of the putting green sort, with tropical flowers and foliage plantings. The swimming pool is heated, the BBQ stations are pristine and the al fresco dining areas are great for meeting fellow guests and full-time residents; and it’s all ocean front! The resort is within walking distance to all the conveniences of Ma’alaea Village with its harbor for boat excursions, shops, restaurants, the Maui world-class aquarium, and more. MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
