Royal Mauian features an oceanfront pool area giving you the comfort of a pool setting with the beauty of a day at the beach. A roof top garden area with gas barbeques & panoramic views of the island as well as free parking are available to guests. The unit interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryer units, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linen supplied.

Maui Vacation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aloha! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mauian, unit #416.  The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped.  The ocean views were spectacular and ending our evenings watching sunsets and listening to the rolling waves were soothing to the soul.  A big plus was the wonderful rooftop garden which we enjoyed each day.  The area, along with the grills for cooking, was very clean and the 360 unobstructed views of the ocean and Maui mountains were beyond description.  Pictures and words do it no justice.  Your staff was very attentive from easy check-in, along with a personal welcome and greeting in the unit, to periodic status check-ins by phone.  The only issue we had was that the week went by way too fast.  We would definitely consider the Royal Mauian and this unit in particular on our next trip to Maui. Much Mahalo!!

Perfect Condo Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fully equipped condo with a full view of the horizon; when lying on the queen bed, it looks like you’re floating on the water! Furniture is comfy, kitchen and floors are updated, everything we needed was there. Anything else we needed was across the street. We snorkeled in front of the condo, and swam and boogie boarded at the sandy beaches on either side. We always had breezes/wind coming through the open slider and windows, so we wouldn’t have used air conditioning even if we had the option. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the grounds are well kept and clean. We would love to stay here again!

Royal Mauian is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We can’t say enough good about this place. The view speaks for itself. Steps away from some of the best snorkeling on the island (we tried most of the others as well-this beach is great especially if you like swimming with turtles!).The staff is top of the line friendly, helpful, and very responsive.I’m dreaming of the opportunity to go back some day.

Royal Mauian #416 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful two weeks in this vacation condo. It’s located directly above the pool and we were a little apprehensive. We only had two littles that screamed a lot but they were usually early in the day. Also they were only there a few days. The staff at Royal Mauian is very good at monitoring the noise level especially at night. If your planning a loud party this is not the place to book.This condo was well stocked with cooking supplies and serve ware. We ended up keeping a lot of the dry goods we bought in the bedroom closet. The kitchen has a strange layout. If the dishwasher door is open you can not get to the other end of the kitchen without closing it.Other than the above it’s a good rental.
