Please note that if you book through 3rd parties such as VRBO, AIRB&B, Booking.com and Trip Advisor you are paying more than if you go through us. When you pull something up on their sites always click all the way through to see the details of your reservation cost and you will see a service fee. That service fee adds anywhere from $115 to $300 and more to the cost of the condo and the more expensive your condo the higher the service fee. The condo is almost never cheaper than if you went direct to somebody like us. That service fee is supposed to give you their reservation protection which you get with us with a legal contract. The 24/7 support means you get somebody sitting in an office that knows nothing about Hawaii or the condo or that support is us which we never charge for. Support with us means you get phone support with somebody that knows Maui and the condo and when you arrive you get 24/7 support on Island. In addition, with us, you get great car rates and help with booking any activities or Luau’s that you may want to attend.
Their Service fee actually adds cost to the condo and pays for their extensive advertising on the internet. Even when you see condos on VRBO advertising 30% off and you actually look at the details of the cost, you have added $ more than what the condo actually cost.
Hope that we have helped you understand what you are actually getting from those sites. We hope that whatever you secured in a condo that you have a great time on the Islands.
